You can download the latest CCA rates for 2010 at the CASA downloads page:

(scroll down to Other Info)

These rates provide a guideline for licence fees for music compositions used in advertising for TV, Radio and Cinema, as well as audiovisual productions.

Oh I sooooo agree, I often refer composers to this site for the table on rates....keeps the rates kinda standard!!!! Well done Colin.....
